REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE PAID BY WIRE TRANSFER OR CASH ON DESK IN THE CONFERENCE HALL IN YILDIZ TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY'S BESIKTAS CAMPUS IN ISTANBUL-TÜRKİYE

THE CONFERENCE PROCEEDİNGS AND ATTENDANCE CERTİFİCATES WİLL BE AVAİLABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FROM THE CONFERENCE WEBSİTE AFTER THE EVENT, BASED ON THE REGİSTRATİON CHECK AND PRESENTATİON CHECK CONDUCTED BY THE CHAİRMEN DURİNG THE SESSİONS.

LUNCHES ARE INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE. UPON YOUR PAYMENT AT THE REGISTRATION DESK, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR LUNCH TICKETS.

THERE WILL BE POSTER, ORAL AND ONLINE SESSIONS.

ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATES AND INVOICES WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE REGISTRATION DESK ONLY TO THE PRESENTER, EXCLUDING ALL OTHERS IN THE PAPER.

PAPERS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AS WORD FILES USING THE CONFERENCE WEBSITE. EMAIL SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
